Make room for mobility

Open Plan → Stretching to browse static and dynamic stretches, create custom stretches, and build reusable routines.

Build a routine

Search the stretch library and filter by type or muscle group. Add stretches to a routine you can return to, or start with an individual movement. Follow each stretch’s duration and hold controls; seconds are time, not reps.

Use a name that makes the routine easy to find before or after training. Record the work you complete rather than treating a prescribed duration as already performed.

Stretch between lifting sets

Stretching can also be inserted into workouts and program days. Use the activity controls to add a stretch where it belongs in the session. It stays a stretching activity, so it does not become a lifting set or influence strength progression.

Review your mobility history

Stretching sessions have their own history, separate from strength tracking. Review that history from the stretching area. A gap in strength analytics does not mean a completed stretch has disappeared.

For timed and segmented strength prescriptions, see logging workouts. For plain-text program authoring, see ReptoLang syntax.
