Your first session
Reptor gives your training three places to live: Train for today, Plan for what comes next, and Progress for the work you have completed. Settings are in the profile menu.
Choose a starting point
- Follow a program. Open Plan, browse programs, preview the schedule and equipment, and join one that fits your goals.
- Use a saved workout. Templates hold exercises and sets you want to reuse independently of a program.
- Start empty. Open Train and choose Start Empty Workout to add exercises as you go.
Free can follow one active program at a time and save up to three workout templates. All built-in programs and ReptoLang import/export are available on Free. Adaptive coaching is Pro.
Log what you actually do
Enter the weight and reps or duration for each set, then tap its checkmark. Previous values and prescriptions are starting points; they do not mean a set is complete. Tap Finish when done and review your summary.
For example, if a row shows last time’s 20 kg × 8 but today you lift 18 kg × 10, enter 18 and 10 before completing the set. Learn the workout controls.
Practice with Reppy
Open Help & Guide for a practice workout using sample data. Practice does not save workouts to your history or advance your program. You can resume your saved practice step or restart the tutorial.
Reppy also offers tips on Train, History, and Stats. Dismiss individual tips, turn tips off in Settings, or show them again when you want a reminder. Help is searchable in English and Spanish inside the app; these website guides are in English.
Make it yours
Choose light, dark, or system appearance, pounds or kilograms, and your preferred anatomy diagram. Set up an equipment profile for your gym, and review rest timer and Training Assistance settings before your next session.
Next: logging workouts, finding a program, or data and devices.
