See the work adding up

Open Progress to review recorded training and reach History. Your complete workout history and calendar are available on Free. Practice workouts use sample data and never appear in these totals.

History and personal records

Inspect the sessions behind your numbers, or tap an exercise’s name during a workout to open its own history. Reptor detects qualifying personal records from completed work. Compare the same movement and pay attention to recorded units and set types.

Use History to repeat a completed workout as a new session. Previous exercise notes can also be opened from your current workout, with a link back to the source session.

Advanced strength trends and muscle-volume analytics are Pro features. Use date filters to compare periods, then review the underlying sessions when a change surprises you. Stretching stays separate from strength analytics and progression.

Body measurements

Log dated bodyweight, body fat, and body measurements. The front-view anatomy helps you choose an area; tape-placement markers and the male/female diagram preference guide consistent measuring.

You can log multiple measurements on one date. Switch between body areas while keeping your drafts, review latest values, and inspect charts and history. Check the date and unit before saving or deleting a record. Measurement history is included in supported backup, restore, and sync flows.

Use similar conditions each time, such as the same time of day for bodyweight. A single reading is one data point; trends are more useful than day-to-day fluctuations.

Your medal collection

Achievements celebrate strength, rep and bodyweight challenges, calisthenics milestones, gym totals, and long-term training habits. Leveled families show progress toward the next medal. Earned achievements remain in your collection even when a workout is removed.

Open the collection to review earned and in-progress milestones. Reppy also joins workout recaps and celebrations; tips can be managed in Settings.
